Ochredrakes are a curious species with a wide array of mutations and interesting behaviors. Not as intelligent as normal dragons, they only breed with other drake species. While they may not be bright, ochredrakes are flamboyant and fun-loving with amazing, chirping voices to sing with, and tame readily in the presence of a gentle hand.

Though it may appear at first that dragons and drakes have much in common, the two are completely separate species. Drakes are smaller and less intelligent than their cousin species, though both dragons and drakes sit comfortably near the top of the food chain. They are always found bearing antlers and leathery wings. Drakes share many of the same habitats that dragons do, and typically hunt in packs.

Like a flamboyant prince, Kormundur lives up to his name, and had he been born as a human, would fall quite faultlessly in to the category of a dumb blonde. Caring for his looks and preening all the time, even Jevite and Devynn find themselves disgusted by Kormun's behavior. The drake seems to not notice all of these however, and spends his days making sure his scales shine with the brilliance of a diamond. Despite so however, he has a kind heart, and won't harm a soul. As such, when the more musically inclined of the clan asks him to entertain them, Kormundur would generally concede with a song or two, and even Devynn would have to agree that the flamboyant prince isn't entirely useless.
