Among the most elusive of dragon breeds are the Aeon Wyverns, a breed whose innate control over time mana marks them singular and great. They are able to peer into the multi-dimensional plane of time, seeing all that is, all that has been, and all that could be—within a small localized zone. When utilizing particularly strong magic, the black markings carved into an Aeon’s body glow a bright cyan, painting them in an ethereal blue light. In the past, they have been sought after as oracles to bring swift resolutions to major conflicts, but it is in exactly such sorts of times that they are nowhere to be found; rather than influence the outcome, Aeons much prefer to allow the natural order of things to progress, however grim that may be.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

El Vibrato is a very mysterious dragon, slipping from place to place often undetected, despite her huge size and bright red coloring. She's rumored to be an extremely strong seer—her glimpses through time are typically very clear, and she doesn't mince words or deal with riddles like a typical oracle would. For that reason, many dragons seek her out, wanting her knowledge to prepare themselves for the future.

However, she's highly elusive, often hiding in underground cave systems or relying on friendly dragons to cast illusions over her lairs. Many dragons claim she's just a myth, a spectre, and all the sightings and fortunes received from her were simple tricks played by wyverns who wanted to keep her myth alive.

Many dragons, instead of seeking her out directly, seek out West Cassidy instead—he's said to have connections with El Vibrato, but he'd take those secrets to the grave. Her legend is still popular among dragons, though, who seek her out for a vision into their future.
