When Water Dragons mature, they lose the ability to survive on land, entering the water permanently. They are adept swimmers and eat whatever fish are in the lake they live in. They tend to inhabit the same lake for their entire lives, although a few live in the ocean and swim all over the world.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Deymx of Org XIII is actually: Demyx of Org(anization) XIII. But, due to the careless slip of the hand (and mind, perhaps), has been named otherwise. None-the-less, this dragon acts much like his would-be namesake, or, rather, was named for that very reason.  He is free-spirited and somewhat childish; on the lazy side, but still quite playful.  He is one of Black Blooded's first dragons, and, among those, the first water dragon to be successfully raised to adulthood. He often resides in the lake (which his owner had affectionately named as "The Lake That Never Was".) near the large cave that houses most of Black Blooded's dragons, but will go off from time to time, and, using a river conveniently connected to his home, go to the adjacent bay to meet and interact with other dragons. When he's not out socializing, Deymx is in The Lake That Never Was, either spending time with Black Blooded's other dragons, or having a blast with all the little hatchlings.
