Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Regalia Starnestia is the first of the Starnestia bloodline. She is strong and independent and has great leadership skills, and is by far the most honoured dragon in MidnightCthulhu's scroll. Everyone looks up to her, and some even call her "Queen of the Cave". However, her weakness is pride, and if someone hurts her honor, be it dragon or human, he or she better watch out. Regalia doesn't mess around.

Her mate is Celestiro Starnestia, and together they observe the other dragons' lives from the highest point of the cave.
