Feisty and energetic, Whiptail Dragons pride themselves on their speed and agility. It is not unusual to see several whiptails racing each other. Though fragile, they can easily evade attacks with their superior speed, and often use their long tails as a weapon, giving rise to their name.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

One of Taleena's first batch of dragons, Hibiki being the 3rd to hatch and is one of her most favorite dragons. Taleena loved Hibiki from the very beginning, his personality showing through his movements even while still in his egg.

Hibiki Zohar is like any other whiptail dragon: he's fast, hyperactive and enjoys flight races with Taleena's other dragons. He's also quite peppy, energetic enough to hardly ever be sad, and is quite friendly. He has a bit of a problem though. Despite knowing he has a fragile body he's always had the urge to crash into things such as trees (because he continually thinks he can speed through all obstacles when in reality he can't.) He usually crashes into things as a result of being too hyper, after getting too frustrated or after getting lost (as he goes around so fast that he often ends up in unfamiliar territory). As a result of these crashes, he gets along well with Reiki who kindly heals his wounds.
