Flamingo Wyverns are so named for their resemblance to the tropical birds with whom they often share territory. Their most striking feature is the bony black crest over their faces and snouts, larger in males, aiding both in digging up food and protection when fighting for mates. Males are duller in color than females due to their habit of wandering from nest to nest and picking from less algae-rich feeding grounds.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Ratholios is the alpha male of his "flock," and takes his position seriously.  He tolerates no insubordination, and will punish flock members harshly should they do so.  Despite this, he keeps the flock close together like family, even going to lengths of having them make friends with other species of dragon or wyvern, although his personal favorite species seems to be the flamingo.

Ratholios visits the jungles often, for he loves the thrill of hunting in the tropical environment; nothing delights him more than returning to the cave to feed his flock, and give a portion of his non-edible spoils (bones, various materials from the environment, etc.) to his master, whom Ratholios deeply respects.
