White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Tanaea has always been more like a bird than a dragon. She coos like a dove and her mouth greatly resembles a beak--not to mention her feathers. She is the first dragon on the reservation to grow up, so she makes sure that the other hatchlings on the reservation grow up safely. She often cleans herself in a cool rain, keeping her staff always within a tail's-reach, taking it everywhere with her. Tanaea enjoys running about the reservation, trotting like a horse, and seldom uses her wings.
