Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Sognitrico is the leader of the Tribe of the Moon. She is also top assassin in the area. She normally works with KillerBee and Deadly Hornet on assassinations, but sometimes needs other backup when dealing with very solid dragons like Stone dragons or Geode dragons. She has had lots of eggs, but she does not keep any but the very best. She has only one special power, but she uses it well. She can cause instant, unlifting darkness that is impossible to see through, unless she lifts the enchantment. She is one of the only dragons able to speak Human. This she also uses well, whispering warnings and threats to the humans who hunt dragons or dragonkill. Before she came to the Tribe, she was a loner, wandering free and unguided through the wild-lands.
