Cavern Lurker Dragons are nocturnal ambush predators. Although small, they are very aggressive and will attack anything weak enough to be overpowered. Their preferred method of hunting is to lie in wait in a cave, burrow, or other small, enclosed space; when any potential prey passes they will lunge out to grab hold of the unsuspecting victim and drag it back into the lair. Cavern Lurkers have an odd aversion to sunlight and almost never venture out during the day. More commonly sighted are the odd piles of bones they stack near the entrance to their dens. Their mating call is a low-pitched bumping noise.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Off Aer's favorite plays are all doomed to be discontinued, or to become so popular that they are never played at night. Ever since the day his adopted father took him to his first night showing of Romeow and Julicat, Aer has been obsessed with the concept of plays so much he has literally moved in underneath the theater and lived off a diet of burglars and large cats that try to break in at night. After all, plays are pretty much social contact he doesn't have to participate in! There's nothing not to like. In exchange for his services, the theater has declared him as their official night guard and has given him a free pass to any play he wishes to see, so long as it plays during the late hours of night or early morning. However, because he's obviously a big scary Cavern Lurker, he's doomed to either scare away the audience or attract new customers who discover the play he's watching is actually really good. Therefore, it either flops and is pulled or is given a better time schedule.
