Magma Dragons are capable of withstanding the intense temperatures of their element. They live in volcanic regions, their bodies coated in the red hot magma which clings to their scales. They must leave the lava fields in order to hunt, although they require surprisingly little food to sustain their lumbering mass.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Vulkanor is the eldest and most powerful member of this Cave's trio. He is rarely seen outside of his volcanic home, and his name is rarely spoken of except in legends. Every fortnight, he rises from his lair, molten lava streaming from his scales, and sets off to join the others once again. His footprints leave sizzling holes in his path, burning shining marks of his power into the earth itself. He is never disturbed on his journey, his glowing scales a warning for all to see. When he reaches his destination, he stands silently in alignment with the others, and calls on his power. He feels the fire running below his feet, channels of bright magma flowing through the rock. He does not bring this power to the surface, but allows his magic to be drawn into the spell woven by the trio. He pours energy into their call, amplifying it even as the ground cracks under his feet. His is the power of destruction, and he glories in it.
