Stone Dragons have a tough outer covering made of a stone-like material. They eat rocks, using the minerals they contain for nourishment and to keep up their stone outer shell. They rarely move, and are the heaviest of all types of dragons. Although they have wings, indicating flight ability, no one has ever seen a stone dragon flying.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Neogranite has a rather gruff, unfathomably deep, voice that has occasionally shook loose boulders from cliff sides. His feet have accidentally crushed carts and small human devices that were left sitting around, unattended. His tail leaves deep ruts in the earth that are later birthing grounds for streams and rivers.

He is often referred to as the 'Gentle Giant', never really meaning any harm to anything he bumps into. When he sleeps, small creatures rest between his scales that make large burrows for them. They have not to worry about being woken up too soon because Neogranite often spends month in deep slumber before waking up and moving off to new places. It's a wonder how he even managed to fit inside of a cave as a hatchling, compared to the mountain he is now.
