Pink Dragons are primarily herbivores and only eat meat during the mating season, when mates will exchange kills. When it is not breeding season, pink dragons spend most of their time incubating eggs and caring for their clan’s young. Due to their feminine color, it was traditionally thought that pink dragons were a strictly female breed, but this is not true.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Pynk Fyre is a shy dragon who rarely draws attention to herself. She avoids confrontation, and if a situation gets too awkward for her liking she tries to find an excuse to leave as soon as possible. She does socialize with the others somewhat, but she prefers books to the drama of life. She does spend a good deal of time in the air, probably trying to escape the trouble she has on the ground. She has many sorrows, but she won't tell her master or her pack what troubles her. Some say she has a brother trapped in a dungeon in a faraway land, but Pynk Fyre won't confirm or deny this story.
