Originating from a single species that thrived in ancient times, Xenowyrms have become an incredibly diverse breed whose appearances vary depending on their habitats. Each Xenowyrm subspecies is heavily reliant on the power of different types of mana, making them powerful magic users. Obidar are a curious and shy variety of Xenowyrm that make their home in forests. Their bark-like scales, the polypores clinging to their bodies, and the vibrant foliage growing from them act as natural camouflage. Their desire to investigate travelers in their domain leads them to often sneak unseen near or slightly into camps at night. If spotted, they are shy but friendly, and many that wander the woods are grateful for the watchful protection of these gentle Wyrms.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
He appears to be this infinitely wise, ancient source of wisdom due to his aged appearance and mystical way of phrasing things. Temple prides himself on being this deep, mythical philosopher, always ready to offer proverbs and celestial advice to those that approach him. He carefully watches wanderers from the shadows of the trees, ready to guide them safely. From all this, it's easy to find him impressive, but this is all a part of Temple's rouse. In truth, he puts on this act to seem more important and interesting. Because, in truth, he is not nearly as smart as he makes himself out to be. In addition, he is not a capable magic user in the slightest. Though he has access to a great amount of magic, he is anything but proficient with it and struggles performing even basic spells. So, Temple is compelled to compensate by playing the role of a wise, mystical beast that others can rely on. He notably does not do this to hurt others, it is simply a tactic he uses to feel worth anything.
