Lumina Dragons received their names from their highly reflective scales, which—at times—seem to glow. They are vain, always strutting about and preening incessantly; if one of their scales has so much as a scratch or a defect, they’ll remove it. Luckily, their scales grow back quickly, and each new growth is more beautiful than the last. These narcissistic dragons live in small groups and prefer to surround themselves with beauty. The females guard their territory and eggs while the males search for vegetation to eat.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Vanity, despite her dashing looks and perfect "manners", is one of the loners of the Thalmorian-Clan. It's not that the other dragons don't adore her beauty, she's simply much too arrogant to "stoop down to their level". Not even the human who brought her into the clan seems to be good enough for her, since she usually doesn't even acknowledge her owner's presence. Vanity spends most of her time in a perfectly clean cave filled with beautiful things she has collected throughout her life. From gems and shiny gold coins, to shards of a broken mirror she discovered one day, everything can be found inside of her den. Her favorite pastimes are taking care of her scales, adoring herself in reflective surfaces and boasting about her beauty whenever another dragon doesn't manage to "escape" in time. Vanity despises overly muscular dragons and usually refers to them as uncultivated brutes. She also dislikes hatchlings, claiming that all babies that aren't hers are dirty, stupid and hideous.
