It was previously believed that purple dragons were exclusively female, but this is not the case. Recent environmental shifts have revealed the existence of both genders of this breed. Female behavior is well known; they are primarily herbivores but will eat meat during mating season. On the other hand, very little is known about the behavior and habits of male purple dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Lavender Bouquet is a blue-eyed, purple-scaled dragonette with attitude. She tends her overlong and beauteous blond ear-hair incessantly and becomes quite hostile when Milady Clarick de Winter hints that said ear-hair owes its length to artificial extensions. The ensuing squall in the cave usually includes screeching between the two dragonettes, some scale-scratching, and the odd eyeball poking. Milady oft accuses Lavender of making eyes at "her dragon" (er, Count Athos), to which Lavender derides Milady's ability to "keep a dragon happy." General consensus is that Lavender Bouquet followed Be Guile back to the cave after the Hurricane Semi-Pro World Championships, in which he played (and lost) and she shook pom-poms on the sidelines. She refutes suggestions that she was the consolation prize.
