Thunder Dragons are the masters of electricity. Their wings gather energy as they soar through the clouds, and when they clap their wings together they can create devastating arcs of lightning. They can stay airborne nearly indefinitely, landing only to sleep and breed; they catch their prey from the air and take moisture from the clouds. A thunder dragon’s roar is considered to be an omen of misfortune.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

LightningSurge resides above the clouds of the Choking Forest. He is a very self- centered individual, not caring that his actions endanger life below the clouds. Many times his wings clap together and cause shots of lightning to strike the earth and cause fires. He signals his presence with a roar, letting everything below know that he's flying by and more than likely going to throw off some lightning. During this time, he began to realize that he needed to find a mate to pass on his lineage. Then he found Stryker. She was the only dragon too dim witted to realize who and what he was. When he found that her mother had killed their egg, LightningSurge persuaded Stryker to come with him. He didn't care for her, only for the lineage that must be continued.
