Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. Electric yellow scales shimmer brightly across its belly, and an even brighter spark adorns its tail.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Statically Charged, despite being an Electric dragon, cannot produce electricity naturally. To compensate for this, it will wrap itself in shed Pillow dragon fur and roll around on mats woven from dried grass, thus creating static electricity. This, of course, creates some very awkward scenes when other dragons unwittingly walk in on Statically Charged as it is in the middle of charging up. Indeed, some would ask if it is really worth the embarrassment simply to be able to create a few firefly-sized sparks.
