White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Okess has a talent for healing. Instead of using powerful healing magic, he uses his staff for creating special powders and potions stronger than any other White dragon in the cave. While he is proficient in magic, he still prefers his alchemy. His potions are strong enough to actually shrink cases of abnormally large parts or make a dragon's under-developed wings grow in size. If he wasn't skilled at administrating these medicines, dragons and humans alike would either have tiny arms or giant heads! He is also skilled at making powders that literally slow someone down enough so Okess can give a medicine to calm them down. Fortunately, the powder is temporary unless the person gets an extremely large overdose. The potions for size, however, are permanent, but the opposite potions cancel each other out. If it weren't for Okess, some novice could cause plenty of trouble with these recipes.
