Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.

Shiverfold is another paper doll a magical spell brought to life, imbuing her with sentience and cognitive thought. She often joins her mate, Flutterfold, in drifting along the corridors watching those bound to flesh go about their lives. She often ponders what it must be like to be truly alive and dreams of a day she will be more than scraps of parchment. Fragile she may be but alive and vibrant are her dreams.
