It could even be said that she is jealous of Miabi Biami for being so relaxed. Even still, she is constantly irked and has high expectations of those around her and herself. Feeling under pressure all the time, she takes her anger out by creating storms, and while others view this negatively, it seems only Lieutenant Surge can see the beauty and art of each storm she creates.
