Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It has bright blue eyes, and is as clumsy as any other hatchling, but it never seems to get injured.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Almost everyone in Beacker1160's clan knows of that strange library-cave where two dragons, known as Times New England, a purple dorsal, and LOL I USE ARIAL, a white hatchling, live. They are both rather eccentric, spending their days arguing over something known as "Times New Roman". What this 'Times New Roman' is nobody will know, but some speculate it must be a language, or some kind of font. While Times New England argues that Times New Roman is 'out of date', LOL I USE ARIAL doesn't seem to care, only stating that he uses Arial because it's clean and tidy, like him. But recently, there has been a third addition to this chaos: another white hatchling called VERDANA IS THE SUPERIOR FONT, who argues that her font, one known as Verdana, is better than Times New Roman and Arial combined. Of course this causes outrage, and the three are often seen arguing with each other late into the night, much to the annoyance of their neighbors.
