Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It has brightly colored fins on its back.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

User Description

Yorion, a genderless frozen hatchling, is named after the great constellation Orion. It is customary in purple dorsal traditional that once a hatchling receives a gender, it is allowed to go to the top of the Great Mountain to watch the Aurora Lights and stargaze. Frozen long before she had a chance to normally grow wings, Yorion only wishes to gender and be admitted to the top of the mountain. After consulting a wise red dragon who could predict the future, Yorion found out it would gender female, and cannot wait to go to the mountain.
