Electric Dragons wield electricity with great prowess. Bright sparks race across these dragons’ bodies in a dazzling dance of light, complemented by the blindingly radiant sparks on their tails. Using their bellies and manes as stores for this electrical energy, Electric Dragons wield crackling magic, stunning and electrocuting their prey with a whip of their tail. During mating season it is typically those with the most brilliant sparks—an indicator of strength and hunting ability—that are drawn to each other.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Lightning Scale is a fierce guard to his clan. Snowscale relies on him like a crutch to help him rule. If someone gets out of hand, they have Lightning Scale to answer to. A war between the Scale clan and the Death clan was won by the Scale clan only because of Lightning Scale. All of the young dragons and hatchlings that wish to be warriors have Lightning Scale tutor them, just as Deathwood tutored Lightning Scale.

Warrior suspects Lightning Scale, or LS as he is commonly called, is such a fierce warrior due to his difficult childhood. He was abducted from his nest right after he grew his wings by a dragon dealer, who had been watching his mother's clutch very carefully to see the strongest hatchling. When he had discovered that LS was the strongest, the nasty man stole LS away when he wandered from the nest after a rat. Warrior demanded the dealer give her the hatchling, who was beating against the bars of his cage in fright. He would have killed himself if Warrior hadn't come along.
