Gold dragons are the ones most often killed by humans, who consider their scales to be extremely valuable. These golden scales grant them a high level of protection, similar to armor, and they use this to their advantage in battle.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

The way one meets Felisus usually makes quite the impression. It'll be a cool night, a touch of distant winter in the air, but the skies will be bright and brilliant, a thousand stars singing overhead. It's while watching the heavens that one will first see him; a huge and shining dragon on wide wings, glinting golden with the stars as if he is one of them, graceful, regal... and so distracted by watching the stars himself that he promptly crashes into a tree. Those who run to check on the tangled oaf find a most eccentric and quick talking beast before them, one that inevitably gets himself invited home for dinner, tells the most wondrous stories, and vanishes again. But some wonder if that's really all there is to him, for without fail every home he visits finds a magical relic there next morning that wasn't there before, one perfectly crafted to helping those within solve their troubles--whether that be as simple as finding a stray cat or as complex as stopping a vile war.
