Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

After being forced to join an unusually tame group of Pebbles by a particularly tyrannical human, Nicolas Fierce chose his own name to try and appear to have a measure of the ferocity that he believes Pebbles should embody.

Unfortunately for him, instead of helping his appearances, his name has proved to be rather ironic. While Nick may claim to be a fierce, dangerous Pebble, all he really wants is a good cuddle. He especially likes cuddling with Silvers, often against their will. It's rather adorable to see Nicolas Fierce, a big, scary-looking Pebble dragon with an unwilling, angry and often growling Silver smashed against his chest for a cuddle.
