Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Bannnui lives deep underground close to the Earths hot, magma core where the heat is immeasurable, yet is improbably content.  His heritage seems to have made him eminently suitable to living in these kinds of conditions; however, he is more-or-less alone in this regard.

When Bannnui journeys to the surface to hunt he carries with him a heated rock—like a hot water bottle—as insurance against the comparatively cold conditions.  He is particularly vulnerable to chills, which caused recurrent sickness in his early life.
