Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Nahuel is a shy male Winter Magi. But he is merry and full of Christmas joy. Nahuel is young and not quite confident but he loves snow and creates wonderful Aurora Borealis that amazes the other dragons. Despite the Magi in his breed name, Nahuel isn't part of the Three M's, a group made of Tigerlily, Fireheart, and Tosca. But Tosca tries to make him feel welcomed while Fireheart ignores him. As for Tigerlily whose size makes her the leader, she ignores him but sometimes picks on him. But many dragons stick up for the Winter Magi and that is enough for him. He has a close connection with Dudley the Pumpkin dragon.
