Dorsal Dragons are so named because they have large fins along their backs that can be raised and lowered at will. They use these fins to regulate body temperature; they raise them to cool off when they become overheated. The bright colors on the fins double as a means of attracting mates.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

This dragon can't get the order of her words right. Often, she attempts to talk to other dragons with half garbled, half gibberish words like, "Cake can have I right" or "Hunting go deer for I" that usually results in hilarious misunderstandings where dragons think that she is allowing a cake to eat her or that she is being hunted by a deer. Really, in reality, Order Messed Up Am I doesn't intend for such things to happen, but it does anyway. As a result, sadly, she rarely talks to other dragons, as they cannot comprehend what she is trying to say. In fact, she is usually confined to her cave, living in self-exile, trying to say things right. But of course, it'll be some time before that happens, for Order Messed Up Am I has a rare curse that prevents her from saying things correctly for 101 years after it has been cast. But that doesn't stop her from trying. She's so determined that she won't stop until she can talk right or she dies (or is it "She can dies so she'll won't talk...")!
