Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Shadowe is one of the fiercest fighters of the clan, and they value her greatly.  However, she seldom speaks to others unless it is to discuss tactics and battle strategy; her warrior ways have resulted in a tough shell that's hard to crack.  An outsider by choice, she fights her clan's battles but otherwise has little to do with them.  The only one she really speaks to at all is Blackavar, a warrior like herself and her battle partner.  Though of course she has no negative feelings towards the rest of the clan, he is her special friend.  Just don't call them mates- she might tear you apart if you do.
