Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

There was a great Earthquake that practically split the ground and created a canyon. This was because of Asalla. When she was only an egg, her home was destroyed and her family killed. Of course she didn't know this until later. Then, her egg was rescued by a White dragon and she was raised by that dragon. When she learned of her past and what had happened, she refused to believe that her entire clan had been wiped out. She went back to where the White dragon had described as her home only to find it in ruins. No, not in ruins, but in ash. Her home had been burned down completely. Asalla was angry beyond belief and with rage to match that of twelve hurricanes, destroyed the clan responsible for the destruction of her own clan. Having no where else to go, Asalla wandered around on her own. It wasn't until a male of her breed named Dinrion found her and  took her into his home. Dinrion became her mate and it is there she now happily lives.
