White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Aiithne, the second draca of the band, is kind and gentle with a compassionate heart. With her soft voice and calm nature, she is the ideal nest mother, caring for each baby dracling as if it were her own. She is repulsed by violence and fighting, and hence, Alkin, who likes to torment her. However, as her mate and companion in nest-watching, Darmaco stays close by and keeps Alkin away.  Hospitable to all, it is usually Aiithne who brings abandoned eggs into the band. This draca also plays a small part in the governing of the band, offering advice to Orrin and Rion when they desire it and acting as a neutral party in disagreements.
