Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Azyul Hravi literally means "Blue, the Wild One".

Azyul the Quiet, they called him. His kingdom is the realm of the night sky, with the Moon and wind as his subjects. Well, that is just a poetic way of saying Azyul is Prince of none.

His father, the Blue King, was slain by a well timed blast of magefire during a battle with the human bounty hunters; his mother, the Blue Queen Consort, was deposed by the traitorous dragon lords of the Blue Court. Young Azyul was the king and queen's only child, and yet he was still an egg at the time, and was unable to reign. So the eager Lord Regent smuggled the egg out in the dead of the night and disposed of it.

And so Azyul's egg sat among other dragons of less noble birth; an orb of moonlit blue among duller colours; waiting for someone..anyone, to rescue it.

It was said that his childhood tragedy silenced him, or perhaps he silenced himself to keep his sorrow locked up. Or maybe he is simply biding his time, waiting to take back his birthright.
