Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

SweetRoseHeart is a delicate and adorable Pink Dragon hatchling. She spends much of her time around her father, the joyful pink Sweetling Dragon SweetlingHeart. Her father is always happy, but SweetRoseHeart can be somewhat moody. Most of the time she is kind and polite. But when she gets mad, SweetRoseHeart is not too old to throw a temper tantrum. She has a very 'loud' angry psychic scream that can give dragons near her a headache.
