Silver Dragons are arguably one of the most beautiful types of dragons. They live in high altitude habitats such as mountains. Silver females eat meat only when a male dragon brings it to them as part of courtship, though they are typically highly-independent. They possess an almost magical aura that lights up any place they are in, and are looked upon with awe by humans and animals alike.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Silvessheene is somewhat named after the leader of the cave, Nightsheene. She was chosen to be named after her because she took Silvessheene's mother in as a hatchling during hard times and always gave dragons a chance. Silvessheene is a very kind dragon and looks up to her mother, Gliscae. She likes to get out sometimes though and run around a lot. Silvessheene often dreams of flight, she always found it fascinating. Naturally, she began to take interest of a certain Arios Swimmer, a Skywing. She loves to run underneath him as he flies overhead.
