Striped Dragons come in a dazzling array of colors complemented by an intricate pattern of stripes. These bright colors and patterns help attract their favorite food, insects. Because their prey is so tiny, striped dragons must spend a large portion of their day eating. The color of the offspring is usually determined by the dragon’s mate.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Gerrant is what you might call a "Jack of all trades". He's good at a great many things, but no one would call him a master of any of them. He's a decent fighter, but won't be winning any championships and an adept hunter as well, though he mostly only hunts insects. He is good with children and is well liked by most, but he is not the most popular dragon with either the hatchlings or adults in his clan. He has a bit of an artistic flare but never will his works be coveted by the greatest collectors in the land. Sometimes Gerrant gets a bit upset when he thinks about the fact that he is not truly great at any one skill, but his friends always manage to cheer him up by telling him that it's better to be good at everything than great at one thing but a failure at everything else.
