Guardian Dragons have large shields on the end of their tails. Although the shields appear to be heavy, they are light, yet nearly unbreakable. Guardian Dragons use their tail-shields, as well as their wings, to deflect attacks and protect others. Often, they will guard the eggs and hatchlings of a nest while others are away. They are generally peaceful, and will not retaliate unless necessary. They have no need to forage or hunt, as they are fed by those they protect.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Alvin is not a picky creature. He does not believe in discrimination—he does not believe that one life is worth more than another. Not much is known about him, but when pressed by the interviewer, he offered the following.

"Morals..." Alvin rumbled, "are not something I am required to have. I do not consider life to be 'precious' or 'unnecessary'. Life is life, and, in accordance with those thoughts, I shall do my best to protect draconic life equally. Whether or not someone 'deserves' what is coming to them, whether or not they have been identified as 'criminal', I will protect them from harm because it is what I am and what I will always be."

The interviewer noted that such thoughts are also morals, and received a cold look alongside an icy response.

"No. This is necessity. I do not believe in life. It is as it is, and I will not interfere beyond what I am required by nature to do. Do not mistake that for ethics. Good day."

And with that, Alvin stalked off to parts unknown.
