Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. Like with the egg, time feels inconsistent around this hatchling.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Glimpse was frozen in eternal youth by a spell from one of the students practicing at Delirium's Academy. Her own ability to see timelines wasn't developed enough to protect her but she is very aware that it wasn't really an accident.

Seerie, Glimpse's own sister, manipulated events to have them both trapped in hatchling bodies for all eternity.

Glimpse doesn't know why but she is optimistic that one day a talented Magi or an Avatar will develop a cure for the magic effects holding her back. Then and only then will she demand an answer from Seerie for her cruel trick and execute the fitting punishment...

In the meantime she plays the innocent hatchling, studying cause and effect and the flow of time the slow way, the spell inadvertently leaving her all the time to become more knowledgeable than any other Aeon she knows.
