Ochredrakes are a curious species with a wide array of mutations and interesting behaviors. Not as intelligent as normal dragons, they only breed with other drake species. While they may not be bright, ochredrakes are flamboyant and fun-loving with amazing, chirping voices to sing with, and tame readily in the presence of a gentle hand.

Though it may appear at first that dragons and drakes have much in common, the two are completely separate species. Drakes are smaller and less intelligent than their cousin species, though both dragons and drakes sit comfortably near the top of the food chain. They are always found bearing antlers and leathery wings. Drakes share many of the same habitats that dragons do, and typically hunt in packs.

Captain Kirkan is the leader of a non-Seperator-Republicator group of dragons he calls the Trekkies. No one knows why they are called that, nor do they really care.

Kirkan is mildly irritating at times, especially when he comes near Dr. Bones and Splock, and he will NEVER let anyone else lead. Kirkan will always take the head of the adventures he, Dr. Bones, and Splock go on, and he takes all the credit whenever they find things called 'potatoes'.

Kirkan likes to get into far more trouble than he should; once, a while ago when the Trekkies were first formed, Kirkan challenged the entire Seperator army to a fight. Needless to say, it didn't go well. Dr. Bones gave Kirkan a good telling-off, then proceeded to groan that he was a Water Dragon, and for crying out loud he wasn't a doctor.
