Sunsong Amphipteres are an unusual breed. Due to light interference caused by their magical nature, they don’t seem to be affected by any ambient light source. However, when struck by direct sunlight, they shine a brilliant gold. They are playful and ever in flight; their ethereal and mysterious appearance and the fact that they are usually only seen at a distance have led many to believe they are a symbol of hope and good fortune.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Sia seems to believe herself to be the descendant of a great queen. While this is very, very untrue, the other dragons seem to let her go on believing it. Whether this is for their own amusement, or to keep her happy, is unknown.

She's always been very hopeful and optimistic, if a bit snooty. Her mate, Keyo Waterstone, adores her like the sun loves the moon. The two were hatched and raised together, which is why they're so close.

Her singing voice is lovely, and she loves the attention she gets when performing for others. When she does perform, she loves to do so in the direct sunlight, so as to add a bit of flare with her lovely, shiny scales. It's a shame, then, that no one can see her because of the horrendous glare they give off. Despite this, no one wants to tell her, because she just looks like she's having so much fun!

Very few things can break her good mood, since she's just so good-tempered. The only thing that really makes her blood boil is not getting enough attention.
