Daydream Dragons are the hosts of daydreams and fantasies. They spend the majority of their time sitting on clouds, dropping daydreams down into the minds of people passing by. Humans who live near Daydream Dragons must be especially careful not to let their thoughts wander, or they could end up spending hours or even days in a trance-like waking dream state.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Dream Delta had always been the 'daydreamer' of the Delta Clan. When she was born her owner began to rest a little more than her owner usually does. Not only her owner but also the dragons around her. Because of that, the other dragons (except the dragons of the Delta Clan) began to think of her as trouble. Just like Day Delta, she was hidden from the world until every dragon except the Delta Clan forgot about her. One day, she saw the princess of her family (every dragon of the Delta Clan is part of the family) Sun Delta shining with her sunstone tail. Ever since that day, Dream viewed Sun as her hero. No one knows why and maybe no one cares but Dream aims to become just like Sun, except Dream would rather stay hidden inside the cave instead of going to the outside because she's scared of the 'outside dragons'. Dream Delta is a born member of the Delta Clan.
