Crimson Flare Pygmies are named after their small size and speed. They are fast and love to fly up and down in steep climbs and dives, giving the impression of a flare of color in the sky. These dragons travel in swarms during migration seasons and are very social. They live in tropical locations or wherever it is warm, and they are often seen near active volcanoes.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Pygmy dragons are the smallest category of dragons, being on the same scale as domesticated animals. They are often found around concentrated populations of dragons, relying on their larger brethren to ward away potential predators and leave scraps. As such, the majority of a pygmy’s diet is scavenged. Due to their tiny size, pygmies do not breed with larger varieties of dragons.

User Description

Caught in a Crossfire has worked as a mediator in EG's Cave for many years between the reckless and violent Anarchy's Rebels Clan and the rest of the dragon community. He sees the vision that the Rebels have for the Cave, but he also can clearly understand how the community would be instantly put off by their sometimes violent methods.

Crossfire frequently represents them in the hearings of the elders as he is a Crimson Flare elder himself. So far he has managed to keep the Rebels out of trouble, and as a result he has been made an honorary member by Anarchy Supernova.
