Welcome to Dragon Cave! Dragon Cave is an online adoptables game. Collect eggs, raise them to adulthood, and then breed them to create interesting lineages. New dragons are added regularly!
Waterhorse Dragons received their name due to their horse-like physique and endearing behavior. They are capable of surviving out of water, and when on land their skin secretes a gelatinous goo to retain moisture. However, their large paddle feet are better suited for swimming, and waterhorse dragons tend to move very awkwardly when on land. Waterhorses are very friendly dragons and enjoy playing with humans.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
Although Waterhorses dragons are known for being nice to humans, Nerendei swore on his life that he'd never want to meet another human again. The very first human that he encountered when he was young was a mad scientist interested in his species. This human asked him for permission to dissect him. Horrified, Nerendei escaped from this madman's clutches and came to a weird mansion. It was the house of a really weird dragon who liked to collect antiques made from special materials. Interested in this gelatinous material, the dragon in question decided to add Nerendei to his collections. This fact just encouraged Nerendei to be afraid of other species besides his own. Because of these, he developed a phobia that a normal dragon would generally not. In short, Nerendei is a really unlucky fellow that met every kind of trouble that a normal guy could possibly want to avoid.
