Mint colored dragons are the most peaceful of all dragons; they only eat plants unless they scavenge meat from an already dead animal. They also have no ways to attack others or defend themselves. They are much smaller than other forms of dragons since they only double in size when they mature. Mint dragons are unable to use magic and cannot fly since they lack wings. Their looks have given rise to the common insult of calling dragons “large lizards.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Keles the Hidden is a shy dragon. She usually hides from her friends in the cave, and in the sky, she likes to hide in the forests surrounding where she lives, and eat the berries off of the bushes there. On occasion when she does find meat lying around, she indulges herself greatly, although she is never greedy. She wishes greatly for more mint dragons with whom to share the small feasts she finds in her forest, and although she seems anti-social in her hiding from her friends, she is actually very lonely and has a great desire to talk openly, but she only feels comfortable around those of her own species.

Keles has finally found her soulmate. She is permanently mated with Biriei Seaswim. She loves his fun-loving and joyous nature. She is currently learning to swim from him, and is making (very slow) progress every day.
