Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It has two tails!

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Synapse is quick as lightning and can stun even the fastest adult dragons in its cave. Its sheer speed comes partly from its small, wiry frame and nearly no body fat. Synapse eats very little, but somehow manages to have a great deal of energy, wound up during the day, then settling down to sleep at night. It sleeps very soundly and likes to snuggle up next to any Pillow dragon.
