Sapo Dragons are a playful aquatic breed of dragon with soft, slippery scales. They are known for the beautiful, vibrant colors of their fins, which grow more vivid as they age, and for the bubbles they create. A Sapo may make bubbles to decorate their underwater nests, mark their territory, greet another dragon, or simply because they feel like it. Their delicate skin and thin scales are prone to external parasites, and so Sapo dragons are also fastidious groomers who will spend a considerable amount of time cleaning themselves, even using their bubbles to help blast away any unwanted debris.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Otter is very uptight for a Sapo and is often very stressed out. This is due to his older brother, River Dolphin, who is mentally disabled and mistakes drowning other dragons for play. So, Otter takes it upon himself to prevent all further accidents by keeping River away from other dragons. He insists he should only be around him, no one else. As such, Otter is always around River, distracting him, monitoring him, and ensuring he never hurts anyone again. Of course, he feels rather ashamed of his actions and knows River truly is a kind and friendly dragon, just confused and unable to understand his actions. In his mind, this is the only solution: keep River all to himself so no one gets hurt. On the flip side, Otter also defends his brother from harm, acting just as much as his bodyguard as his playmate. Otter is surprising battle-efficient, though he isn't nearly as physically strong as River. He's much more adept at using his bubbles to blind and distract foes and drive them away.
