Sunrise Dragons are closely related to sunset dragons. However, their behaviors differ greatly. Sunrise Dragons prefer to live in large groups and enjoy basking in the early morning sun. They are usually most active in the morning, and go to sleep in the early evening.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

This dragon was suffering from a lame hind leg as a hatchling and had to be raised by her human owner, which made regular contact with other dragons impossible. She became very tame and her behaviour towards humans tended to be closer to that of a very large dog than a dragon: wary of strangers, friendly to people she knows and jealous of other pets (she won't do any tricks though, so maybe she is actually more like a cat).

When she reached adulthood, her leg got better and she did show an interest in other dragons; she even has children of her own now. But she still feels more at home in a village than in a cave, and seems to find it easier to communicate with other tame dragons than with wild ones.
