Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. This hatchling seems to be filled with a fell, inner flame.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Lyttle Fyre, child of H and Iridescent Fyre, is a vicious little brute. Oh, Lyttle looks adorable, sweet and kind, but don't be fooled. Under that veneer there lies a churlish and impetuous hatchling, a hatchling which inherited the hot temper of its father and the cool cunning of its mother. Lyttle Fyre has no friends within the Ientoshi clan, and it's for a good reason. Be warned, and stay away.
