Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Bombblast is the first born and first grown of all his human's dragons; as such, his nature dictated that he should strive to be the unofficial protector of his nest-mates and future hatchlings.  He is a bit of an introvert and a tad uncomfortable in large groups, but loves to help train hatchlings to defend themselves.

Out of his nest-mates, Bombblast gets along best with Blue Winged Lady; they love to take long flights together.  He is on good terms with He of the Hippocampi, and trusts him to watch over all the water loving dragons.  He and Crisp Autumn Night have something of a rivalry between them, as they have sparred together since they were young.  Bombblast is ashamed of the scar he accidentally gave Crisp and secretly believes it to be one of his biggest failures to uphold his self imposed duty.

Bomblast loves flying, running, sleeping outside and training hatchlings.
