Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.

Paper Baron truly identified with the dragon race. He wanted their lives to be fuller, and believed that paper was necessary for every dragon to have in his or her home. He also believed that every dragon should be able to write. There was a complication of course, and that is that dragons speak through mind communications. It would be hard to come up with a system of symbols that mean anything to dragons since there would be no sound to associate the letters with. Anyway, Paper Baron would start with paper. He will make enough for every dragon to enjoy.
