Marylou turned famous after the success hit "Marylou", of the band "Ultraje a Rigor". In the music it's said that one day Marylou's owner got hungry and ate her. After listening to the song, Marylou was pretty disturbed and took the music as a warning of what was to come. So joined by the cow Sara Lee—also mentioned on the music—they fled from their owner. Now Marylou and Sara Lee wander the world's farms freeing cows and chickens from the tragic fate the music talks of.
